Computer Troubleshooters Riverwood Bankstown wins the NSW Franchise Computer Troubleshooters for the 2nd year in a row

Local Business and Franchise Owner, Stewart Berry of Computer Troubleshooters -Riverwood Bankstown and his senior technician Daniel Berry were honored at the Computer Troubleshooter’s Annual Asia Pacific conference in Brisbane this year. by being given the NSW Franchisee of the year in recognition of service excellence and professionalism in supporting local business with their IT Needs. This is the 2nd year that Stewart and Daniel have won this award.

The team from Computer Troubleshooters attended 3 days of training and learning about the latest IT Trends, over the weekend of the 14th, 15th and 16th of October .  The three day event was a tremendous success and was packed with many learning seminars, workshops, and vendor presentations.  Franchisee attendees came from all over the world to attend this annual conference with over 100 in attendance.  Franchisees received training during these workshops on new technology such as  backup, Hosted VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) solutions and MSP (Managed Service Plans) and google SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)  techniques to name just a few.

Computer Troubleshooters has over 450 franchises in 30 Countries that cover 6 of the 7 continents of the world and with 92 Franchises in Australia.
